Publisher Contact Info

There have been a few discussions about contacting Publishers to Ask about availability of eBooks or is cases where the price or the quality is not up to par to complain.

The problem, is that many publisher sites are pretty hard to navigate, and getting contact information, especially e-mail addresses that work can be a pain.

There was a discussion to setup a wiki page for this as well, but until someone has some time to set it up, I figured having people post contact information, where they have got a response, either positive or negative in a single thread would make it an easier.

I'll suggest the following format, but feel free to post differently

PUBLISHER NAME:

Address:

E-Mail:

Phone No.:

Remarks:

Authors Published by Them (If for single market, perhaps add the Region in Brackets)
