I'm reading two books at the moment.
My 'main focus' is
Shōgun by James Clavell. It's been on my to-read backlog for well over a decade — now that the show's come out, my fiancé has told me that I have to hurry up and finish the book, or I can't complain about spoilers.
It's massive, especially since I'm still getting back into the swing of reading after an extended hiatus. I'm 56% of the way through and taking a break with the much shorter and faster-paced
Zombie by Joyce Carol Oates. So far it's disgusting and absolutely gripping — I'll probably finish it right after posting this.
