Kindle Cloud Sync
Thread created from this original post:

BUT It may be possible because:
Here is how to setup and mount a WebDav "Cloud" into your file system tree on a Linux desktop: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=189470 Twobob and I have several private "Clouds" that we mount into our development machines. I.E: A shared directory, even though we are 6 time zones apart. We also **started** (but never finished) looking at porting the davfs2 file system to the very constrained memory resources of the Kindle (davfs2, as shipped, is a real memory hog). That is one of our unfinished projects, way, way, way, way down on our to-do list (like in, maybe never). So if someone else wants to take up the challenge . . . . |

Why not use a cloud server that supports rsync? We are only talking about a bunch of ebooks. rsync is included in usbnet, a simple script could be launched from KUAL? I found this website with most/all? online backup servers: http://vivil.free.fr/backup.htm maybe find one? Just an idea...

you can also use this : Bittorrent sync
It's not cloud access but you can install it on every OS (so in servers too) and sync your files. |

@aditya3098: Might be it expects an ssh client to actually handle the potential user interaction, and that USBNet only installs dbclient (so the ssh command doesn't actually exists).
Haven't checked, just throwing ideas around . (I usually do this the other way around anyway: mount a part of the Kindle fs on a remote/local box). |

@aditya3098: I have one on hand (the server & sftp applet are in USBNet).
I'll check it out eventually... . |
